This airport crane was developed in second half of the thirties for the German Luftwaffe. With them, it went through all the battlefields of WWII and is still used in many countries today. A very simple but ingenious construction in which one can simply insert or remove individual segments, enables the crane to be adapted for larger multi-engine aircraft or, on the contrary, for single engine aircraft.
